they offer training so that they can place you onsite as a contractor with another company
Cons
you're locked into a two year contract getting paid 44k a year. they expect you to move anywhere in the continental USA, and only offer a 2k reimbursement check to help you through cover the financial burden. contracts can be terminated at a drop of a hat. the HR staff is spread very thin, and many concerns/ complaints/ things you need help with wont get answered for a very long time, if ever.
