Pros

Not many. Used to be a smart and entrepreneurial company.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for growth without investment in key infrastructure. Short term thinking. No investment in employees. Tons of VPs to give out work. Not enough worker bees to do the actual work. Constant change with every acquisition. Great place if you have equity.... horrible if you don't. Sad 401K match, vacation, health insurance and bonus payouts.

The Salary is ok, but not enough

Cons

Everything, this place I one of the worst places to work. Very high turnover and this is due to the lack of respect that is given to employees. Management is one of the worst that I have ever seen. Always wanting to blame others instead of taking responsibility.
