      Pros

      Good hygienic principles is of paramount importance, all you need for hand washing are made available the sanitation team are formidable excellent condition for work for those who take hygiene seriously.

      Cons

      Too many philipinos and they are very segregational sorry to say no matter how much management has tried to make them understand the importance of unity as a team

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
