      Pros

      There wer friendly people. The people were very nice and friendly. The work environemtn was very firiendly.

      Cons

      Work was not very fun to do. Alot of it was busy work. I did not feel like my talents were being used properly

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
