      Pros

      I don't know why so many people are bashing fgf, I have learned a lot from my time at fgf. The leadership team was always encouraging me and pushing me to do my best and develop. They have a fast paced environment which isn't for everyone but I thrive on it so it was a great opportunity to get in at fgf.

      Cons

      They are still a new and growing company so they are still learning and growing their teams and locations. All companies have issues from time to time, its expected everywhere.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
