There really isn't any unfortunately.
Cons
Accepting a job at fgf was the biggest mistake of my career. The harassment and demeaning behaviour of the owners takes a piece of yourself that isn't easy to get back. No amount of money is worth this. Their behaviour needs to be addressed. Charges are laid for physical abuse but the courts need to look at corporate charges for verbal abuse. Assertion of aggression through power is their mantra.
