      - Employees here are passionate about what they do. - Everyone has the same goal; no personal agendas - Great opportunities to move up within the organization - Senior management is always challenging everyone to do better - Ownership is always investing in new technology

      - We're growing so fast it that it can be hard to keep up with the pace - A mix of group work and independent work; one must be able to do both well

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
