Management often focuses more on numbers than employee well-being. High turnover due to burnout and lack of genuine support. Training can feel more like indoctrination than skill-building. Company culture prioritizes image and sales over authenticity and transparency. Limited work-life balance; long hours and late appointments are common. Communication between departments can be inconsistent or unclear.
