5yWe appreciate your feedback. Over the last year, there have been changes to our leadership team. Although we’ve had changes in leadership, our values have not changed nor has our commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Bank’s culture is built on diversity and inclusion. We believe it’s important to ensure all voices, perspectives and experiences are heard. And, we’re continuing our work to ensure that diversity and inclusion penetrates all areas of our business – both inside and outside the Bank.
I’m sorry you felt like your concerns were not addressed. We want any employee to say something if they see a situation that is not consistent with our values. We have several ways for employees and leaders to say something if they see something not consistent with our values.
