And maybe we’re biased, but national polls show we’re not alone in thinking Des Moines is one of the best cities in the country (despite bouts of “fun” weather).       Mission driven organization. Strong benefits. Attention to culture. Really enjoy working with the members.

      Cons

      Unsure of advancement opportunities. Compliance and regulations (FHFA is regulator) are onerous.

      Thank you for your review. The work we do for our members gives us a shared sense of purpose. And while we aren't a huge organization with endless opportunities to advance, we are a great mid-sized company with endless opportunities to develop!
