Pros
Great benefits and great people. Excellent community-focussed culture. This organization truly cares about its members, employees, and community. "Diversity and inclusion" are not just buzzwords in this company. It is ingrained in the culture.
Cons
Too much beuracracy. Slow to change, but is improving. There will always be difficult people in every organization. This organization, like every other organization, will not be the right fit for everyone, but the human resources department and managers do a good job at screening candidates for cultural fit.
