Pros
Everyday is enjoyable. Amazing benefits. Work from home option. Good pay. Top Talent. Great facility. Tons of events (fitness challenge, bags tourney, summer socials, Halloween events, drone racing, adult beverage activities, fundraisers, training opportunities to advance your career, raffles, cook-offs, giving back to the community (habitat for humanity), plenty of leftover free food in the break-room, free coffee/tea, plenty of community of practice groups, employee resource groups, nearly all of the high level execs are approachable. Willingness to invest in your masters degree. At the forefront of Technology.
Cons
HR. Nobody has really heard of FHLBC. Lack of cross-department communication/interaction. Chances are you probably will never get to know someone if they are not on the same floor as you. Depending on what department you are in, you'll either hate it or love it.
