Pros
This bank is slowly moving from an antiquated business model to a more modern, agile model. I believe that the management of this organization is dedicated to its member institutions and is trying very hard to maximize the Bank's value to them. Nimble minds at the top have helped the Bank through the current financial crisis. It has a good relationship with its regulator, and is fighting hard to gain market share.
Cons
While the Bank is dedicated to its members, it is unfortunately not as dedicated to its employees. Morale is consistently low. Employees on the whole (although certainly not everyone) feel that management is not genuinely concerned about them, their ideas, or their professional development. There is an unfortunate measure of cronyism in the organization, which makes it difficult for those without friends in upper management to get ahead.
