Pros
- Great work life balance with solid pay - Twice a month there is a bankwide meeting to update employees about upcoming projects or changes or provide an update on initiatives - Pension plan and 401K. Health Insurance is expensive but offset by other benefits
Cons
- Not a good place if you are young, hungry for growth. Many of the people have been here a long time and the only way to move up is when someone retires or leaves. Upside is Bank is happy to help people make moves within the Company to other roles. - People wear many hats because it is a small organization, but you do not get extra pay. - 3 days in office when we had been at 2 days since after Omicron and management pointedly asked many times if that was going to change and would say 2 days, and then a month later, said 3 days was better for in person collaboration.
