MPF Admin manager was a pain to work for. She would never admit her own faults, would constantly micro-manage for no absolute reason, and gaslit me into thinking I didn't know how to operate PowerPoint, when in fact, I knew exactly what I was doing and even taught her how to do something the correct way, and still did not get a thank you.
She would give me assignments with little to no instructions, and when I asked for assistance, it was essentially, "figure it out on your own" or "this should already be expected of you." When I did figure things out, there was always a problem with how I went about it, because it wasn't her way.
It always seemed like any assignment I did, it was never correct, and for some reason, she would have to spend hours correcting my mistakes. I could understand if we were creating difficult formulas in excel, but she would literally have a complete meltdown and reassure me that I didn't know what I was doing, if the spaces on a PowerPoint title weren't consistent, and I mean even by 1 space off.
Needless to say, I didn't feel welcome by her and I always felt she didn't want me there and was waiting for an opportunity to fire me.
