Terrible Leadership and High Turnover Rates - Anonymous employee FINN Partners Employee Review

Below-average pay, especially given the number of hours expected. Very little training and onboarding for junior-level staff (sink-or-swim). Witnessed multiple junior-level employees fired for 'low performance' when clients were lost. Extreme turnover rates. Junior staff in general, was treated with little respect. Overall a culture of indifference with the high turnover rate. Regularly experienced misgendering of transgender coworkers, would not recommend for LGBTQ+ job seekers overall.
