      Pros

      Good place to learn with global teams and understand international comms, if that's what you're interested in. The tech, travel and corp teams are well established.

      Cons

      SLT based in the US seems out of touch with modern comms and disconnected from European offices. Low pay compared to other global comms agencies. There was overt favouritism in the practice I was in, to the point that bullying within the team was ignored. The team is overworked and has "no money" to hire the junior staff needed for proper infrastructure.
