Pros

Rapidly growing and expanding agency with quality people that are nice, fun and professional to work with. Vast client list providing employees with a variety of professional experience and opportunities. Decent perks and a generally pleasant work environment...lacks the tension and/or the unprofessionalism that exists at many agencies. Expansion around the globe via acquisition has occurred and will continue to occur which I find to be a plus for most of the staff although it may not be something that certain types of professionals are looking for. Many positive challenges for this relatively new agency that formerly spun off of another large and long standing agency that is very, very different than Finn Partners.

Cons

NY office floor plan needs to be upgraded over the next few years although the other offices around the globe are beautiful. As mentioned above, if you are not interested in an agency growing rapidly, mainly by acquisition, this wouldn't be the place for you.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
