Pros
The employees here are some of the best. The office provides a good work/life balance and the CEO is accessible to the staff. Overall, it's a good company to work for, but it could be so much more!
Cons
When Finn Partners was created there was an overwhelming excitement that we could be "the best company to work for" and for a while it was. In my opinion it still is the best, but you need to recognize all levels of your company. There are many hard working employees who have been here since the beginning and they are the ones that believed in the success of Finn Partners. Please stop the acquisitions and focus on those who have stayed the course.
