Pros

Finn Partners is huge so you’ll definitely learn a lot. There are a lot of great minds there but the communications between teams is minimal. Due to the layout of the office, it’s very hard for teams to intermingle and sometimes it comes off very cliquey. You do get nice perks though like happy hours on Thursdays or Fridays, fitness compensation, commuter benefits program and tons of vacation days (you’re off from Christmas to New Years). Overall I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back.

Cons

Like I said, it can be very cliquey. There’s not much office culture despite their efforts to make one due to all the acquisitions. Depending on what team you’re on, sometimes you might feel overworked but it depends on who your managers are.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
