Pros
The company is very open to diversity and committed to DEI at every level, there is a real investment in training employees to be successful in their roles and responsibilities, leadership offers mid-level employees engaging opportunities for growth and the ability to explore their passions and learn new things on the job, the benefits package is well-rounded and competitive, the people inside the organization are like a good family, and I could go on and on. If you're committed, intentional, and self-starting, the opportunities are endless.
Cons
The company is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and has restructured several times, which makes job roles and responsibilities confusing at times. There is a divide between the Public Relations and Integrated Marketing teams that makes it difficult to know exactly where you fit in, but this is being worked on.
