      Largely due to changes in the regulatory industry, revenues have significantly dropped. Many Subject Matter Experts view many of the regulatory roles obsolete

      Cons

      Career advancement opportunities can be limited. Frequent organizational restructuring can also create uncertainty and make it challenging to plan the long term.
