Pros

Work from home and decent pay with 2 consecutive week offs.

Cons

No clarity during training regarding mandatory sales target ( being in inbound calls) Pressurized on each and every aspect like going on unproductive aux even for a few seconds Keeps reminding of 2 way conversation with the company but never gave chances for any. Ultimately we have to acknowledge all the audits to avoid clashes which also leads to markdowns.Your genuine excuses are not bothered.

Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and scalable infrastructure. Gained significant experience in complex system architecture and troubleshooting.

Cons

Abrupt end to a nine-year tenure without adequate transition or transparency. Heavy reliance on an aging, legacy tech stack that hinders innovation. Contradictory AI strategy: leadership mandates aggressive adoption while refusing to fund the necessary compute and tools for teams to actually implement it. Extreme short-term focus on EPS maximization at the direct expense of long-term stability and product health.
