      It's fully remote (atleast for me) More freshers. It's good when there are freshers or someone at the same level around you

      Cons

      Very hard to go to a better position Some internal politics effect pay increase and bonuses

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
