      Benefits and decent pay for role.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Teams spread all over the world; felt at times working 24/7. Leadership quick to blame, but slow to protect their employees. Technology for work is beyond complicated.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
