Company known for stability - Senior Executive FIS Employee Review

I have worked in FIS, with some good peers, the best part about the company was not just the added perks, travelling bonuses, Food cards, bonus. But majorly the stability which lacks in the majority of companies now. I remember, if ever some teams were overflowing or just taken over by AI, they never did a layoff; instead, they moved employees internally in any possible department so at least the person would not be stranded as we get now.
