Poor company ethics - Data Entry Specialist FIS Employee Review

Poor management, poor training, favoritism between manager and some employees. The employees in my department did not feel appreciated. Hr department do nothing to help the employee better themselves or make sure that everyone gets fair treatment. The company does not enforce the company policies.
