      Almost impossible to be fired if you are in a production area.

      Cons

      Many MANY people are promoted based on nothing more than a piece of paper that "says" they can perform, or favoritism. Payback(s) are a way of life here.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
