Pros
Not bad benefits, could be better but not bad Not too bad vacation, even when starting out.
Cons
Pay increases are a joke, as a software developer, I have no incentive to stay for any extended amount of time Communication from senior management is abysmal, they’ve been told they need to work on it for three years, and all they’ve done is put up a social web site that just contains crafted internal releases, rather than actual communication. My org or orgs close to me have been in constant reorganization for the past year. Apparently, this is a little high, but par for the course. Constantly doing company wide re-orgs while trying to maintain existing/new development is getting ridiculous.
