Salary used to be a significant selling point; now, the stress is not worth it! Still good people around that care, but they are getting fewer every couple of months.

The Management of course! A real Cult of Personality - there are new managers every couple of months, Americans with no plan unless running people into the ground to make them leave on their own is a plan — a SAFe transformation, which is slowly killing the ability to get anything done. Too many people in a small office (yes London) soo much noise and constant issues with crappy desktop, using Windows 7 is a joke. Using an MS office product that is ten years old, please sort this out! Every couple of weeks, another primary system goes down, if not the whole Data Center. This is not a modern company to work for in any shape or form.
