      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Working from home is great. Team members are great. Great team atmosphere.

      Cons

      1. Management changes too often which results in directives constantly changing 2. No bonuses even when perfecting yearly goals. 3. Many offshore teams means early morning or late night required meetings 4. Benefits are very costly.

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      Great people Strong client base

      Cons

      - Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house. - Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals - Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
