culture is a big issue - lack of support for employees
changing strategy and too many projects not completed and money wasted
lack of existing documentation for systems - very disjointed

Thank you for sharing your experience candidly with us. The company culture is a fundamental part of the growth journey of FIS and we’re undergoing a culture and onboarding transformation journey at FIS, created in partnership with our colleagues from all over the world. This transformation is helping us shape our colleague experience. Since you are no longer an active FIS colleague, we can’t get more details on your feedback with regards to the cons you have mentioned but we wish you the best of luck.
I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
Cons
Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

Pros
Great people
Strong client base
Cons
- Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house.
- Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals
- Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
