      Very Bad Management - Programme Analyst FIS Employee Review

      No pros at all. Nothing good

      Cons

      Manager and most of the senior is very bad. They behave very rudely. They think employees as their slave. Top management should ask feedback about managers and some senior guys who treating very bad with the employees. It was my mistake joining this company. I will never ever suggest people to join this company in Bangalore . No work life balance. Very pathetic experience.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      Lots of layoffs, management doesn't inspire confidence, no bonus, no equity, below average 401k match
