Pros

FIS has pretty good benefits.

Cons

They lean more toward what it's best gor the shareholder. They care more about giving the CEO a bonus & they do whatever needed to hit their goal; Including layoffs. They do not care about their employees.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and sharing that you are enjoyed the benefits at FIS. As you know, 2020 was an unprecedented year for the world and for FIS. We unexpectedly and quickly pivoted in several areas to ensure we were laser-focused on what’s important, and that is our colleagues, clients, and communities. This included investments in new health and safety protocols throughout the organization and new wellness programs, including COVID-19 time off and enhanced medical, well-being, and mental health resources. With that being said, FIS is not immune from the financial impact the pandemic has had on businesses globally. As a result, we are facing an unusual compensation year for 2021. We wish you all the best in your career.

Pros

Great people Strong client base

Cons

- Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house. - Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals - Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
