      Work and life balance is there n no pressure. Nice packages fir new joiners and management is okay

      Cons

      No career growth and no new technologies used n no Hikes in during covid. No promotions even if u eligible

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
