Poor training, no training infrastructure. As such, when you're seasoned and new employees get on board, everyone gets taxed to get them on board. It is a bad first impression. Long hours. Little consideration for work life balance. Pay is below average. Raises are rare. General tools and systems provided to this role are borderline broken and create huge obstacles when it comes to serving our clients. We were vocal about the changes needed, but we were not hard. Worse yet, we were told that we were heard and were then strung along until hope was lost. We lost a lot of great people as a result, managers included, which hit morale hard.
