      Pros

      They have flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      The benefits are awful. There is no bonus structure unless you are in upper management. The yearly increase is next to nothing. HR services is impossible to deal with. For a tech company their internal help desk for any type of technology issue is not helpful. They outsource a ton of work off shore.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Cons

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
