Pros
Work from home is a nice plus. FIS did acquire a lot all very quickly and then expect more work from less employees. Work life balance is ok, but just wish the company would go back to caring more about their employees like they used to which is what led me to the company in the first place. Upper management is out of touch with the realities of the lower level positions.
Cons
Stressful. On-call for support is basically mandatory. More money but more hours and inconsistent sleep.
