      Management is all over the place. Everyone wants to be right and have the final word but no one wants to put in the work. Employees feel really unappreciated. Leads play favorites.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
