Pros
Manager was not in the same location, but he was a good guy anyway. Learned a lot. Enjoyed my small group. Enjoyed the C# development. Laid back environment. Very casual.
Cons
In the 2 1/2 years working, I only got a 1% raise. I was told repeatedly I was doing a great job, but because inflation eroded my salary, I had to look after my family. I wouldn't have looked, if I was given better raises. And after I heard from other employees about not receiving or small increases, I knew I had to go.
