Pros

- Biggest pro is the people. They are awesome. And in the office I was in they tried really hard to make it a fun and interactive type environment. We would always have events like contests on who made the best mini-golf course. Tons of fun! - The people that I worked with were highly competent. - Flexible work hours and willingness to allow you to be an adult and assure that you get your work done.

Cons

- No room for growth - Increase in pay is minimal

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and scalable infrastructure. Gained significant experience in complex system architecture and troubleshooting.

Cons

Abrupt end to a nine-year tenure without adequate transition or transparency. Heavy reliance on an aging, legacy tech stack that hinders innovation. Contradictory AI strategy: leadership mandates aggressive adoption while refusing to fund the necessary compute and tools for teams to actually implement it. Extreme short-term focus on EPS maximization at the direct expense of long-term stability and product health.
