      Lower salaries Sudden redundancies, some few weeks after joining Low to no opportunities for career growth Lot of knowledgeable people have left and too much pressure on existing staff Too focused on profits but no salary increases for the development staff Make you feel guilty for taking your leaves

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
