They try to give you the schedule you want and they like to promote, without a pay raise
Cons
Miscommunication with staff and management, no compensation for good work, less than standard pay and if you’re a prep cook you are expected to do the duties of a Cook II, there’s no free meal as promised- in fact you can and probably will be fired for eating the food, and no raises.
