Pros
Work life balance is good. The work environment is solid, but it varies account to account. Pay is reasonable as it the work schedule. I work for FLIK sub group that specializes in private schools. Monday thru Friday says with a few nights and weekends based on the unit your work in. It's an interesting enough job for an aging chef to make food with pride, but not deal with the downsides of restaurant work.
Cons
Regional management team is horrid. They are undependable and seem to only care about financial bottom line. You are a means to an end. Don't expect a quality training system. Get to know other unit managers and depend on them for help.
