Pros
You get to work with marijuana and learn about the product.
Cons
First- the pay rate is beyond disrespectful and lacks any kind of incentive to do good. They hire based on a set rate and right before you sign it will drop down and if you’re not ok with it, there goes the job and so you’re forced to accept it with no choice. The give goals to meet for bonuses but will then change the structure or change the requirements once you reach them. Second- the managers at the store and management within the company lack any kind of business savy or intellect. The manager, at the store I worked at, couldn’t even spell Tuesday correctly and didn’t even finish high school. They promote based on personal internal relationships versus actual talent or stellar performance. Nepotism is rampant within Fluent even though they claim they are against the idea. Third- the product your pushed to sell is less desirable and of far less quality versus other dispensaries, yet they expect the same pricing. I would frequently hear staff pushing product to patients that weren’t necessarily the best fit for the client but were aligned with the employees sales goals and average ticket price. I would never ever recommend Fluent for employment to a friend or even a random person I don’t know. Furthermore- I would also never recommend someone to stop by for product or service as well.
