Pros

-The work environment is easy going and safe. -Employees get along very well and work together to get things done. -This is the perfect job for people who love working with cannabis and wants to learn about the industry

Cons

-The pay rate can use some improvements because employees get paid more at McDonald. Starting rate for Cultivation technician is less then what a packaging associate make at the same company -The company has to work on its benefit packages it provide to it employee. -The company has a very bad retention rate as employees are quitting every week. -When I first started the company made it very clear that fluent does not do any pay raises or promotions. -There's a lot the company can do to improve the benefits in a industry that make over 1 billion dollars a year.

Pros

I’ve had a genuinely great experience working at Fluent Cannabis in Orlando. From the start, I felt welcomed and supported, which made it easy to get comfortable in my role. One of the best parts of the job is interacting with customers—most of them are friendly, patient, and appreciative, which makes the day-to-day work really enjoyable. What really stands out, though, is the management. My manager goes above and beyond to create a positive and fun work environment. They don’t just focus on getting the job done—they truly care about the team as people. Whether it’s checking in to make sure everyone is doing okay, helping out during busy times, or just bringing positive energy to the workplace, it makes a big difference. The atmosphere overall is supportive, upbeat, and team-oriented. It’s clear that leadership values both employees and customers, which creates a great balance. I’ve learned a lot during my time here and feel appreciated for the work I do. I would definitely recommend Fluent Cannabis Orlando to anyone looking for a positive workplace experience.
