Pros
Discount on medication, health benefits, pto, internal promotion
Cons
-incredibly hard to use PTO -HR does not communicate well when issues arise -my locations had massive issues of transphobia and bullying that management knew about and did not care to address with the problem employee -Cold calling patients for small discounts and product reviews, many of whom are children and/or dead when you go to verify patient status with the state, corporate pushed for 20 calls a day between patients and cleaning -Poor communication from management -Frequently was unable to take my break as a keyholder because upper management would leave when I clocked in and I would be required to be available as the only manager in the building for a 10 hour shift -Sudden hours cuts without warning -misleading information from management led to my loss of health insurance -mold issues in reception unaddressed -patients are treated as customers to upsell, upsell, upsell "4 out the door at $100 ATP" -Raise structure changed, resulting in a much lower raise than promised but structure change was not communicated until raise was in effect -they open new stores all the time but my location has fully broken equipment that corporate supposedly couldn't afford to replace
