Thank you for the kind words. We're a big big fan of the folks around here too and I think you're exactly right: it is a great place for creative, technical, and analytical people. So much of what we do is about creating a balance between those three voices. "Communication between offices" is on our radar as a "place to focus on improvement" this year. While it'd be great to always get an A+, it's also nice to hear that improvement in that area would be greatly appreciated.
