Pros

Management cares about your success. They work hard to make sure you have the tools you need to get your job done effectively. You have a voice in what happens and with the new growth and processes. They have great people working here.

Cons

Not many. They are growing quickly, so sometimes you'll wear a couple of different hats. Not necessarily a bad thing but something to keep in mind. Communication between departments could be a little better. But really nothing hugely wrong.
