Pros
There was a time when there were not enough employees to handle the workload so there were some bad reviews, but the new manager has turned it around. It is a great place to work now. it is a call center but is not high-pressure, and they are closed weekends and holidays so the hours are great. Management is supportive and will do everything they can to help you succeed. It is a smaller company so there is room to advance, and they try to promote internally. They have instituted raises and better benefits. The company puts out a good product and it is growing. And everyone who works here is really nice and there is a great camaraderie. This is an anonymous review so this is an honest review. It is still a job, sure, but it really is better than most. I enjoy working here and recommend it!
Cons
The work can be complicated and there is a lot to learn, but if you get bored with the same old thing everyday and enjoy variety then this is the place to be.
